If I am visiting JHMR from out of town, should I purchase my day tickets before making air or lodging reservations?

All destination visitors should purchase their day tickets in advance to align with their vacation stay. You will not be guaranteed day-ticket access if you booked lodging or air — to ensure you can ski and ride on the days you desire, an advanced ticket purchase is required.

If I make a Mountain Sports School (MSS) reservation, is a day ticket already included?

No, lift tickets must be purchased separately.

What if the date I wanted to ski here is unavailable?

If the day you selected wasn't available, please check 1/2 day availability or continue to check back for full day availability.

If I buy a multi-day lift ticket, do I have to use every day consecutively?

No, but all lift tickets must be used on the selected start date. Below is a breakdown of allowed "rest days" included in multi-day tickets. For example, a 4 day lift ticket can be used over the course of 5 days from the selected start date. This gives you the flexibility to choose which specific 4 days within the 5 day window you will use.

1-2 Day Lift Ticket - 0 Rest days
3-4 Day Lift Ticket - 1 Rest Day
5-6 Day Lift Ticket - 2 Rest Days
7-10 Day Lift Ticket - 3 Rest Days

How many days may I purchase in advance?

Guests can purchase as many days in advance as desired, pending availability. Tickets are assigned to a customer at the time of purchase and are not transferable and not for resale. JHMR reserves the right to ID at the time of use. No more than one ticket per person per day is allowed.

If I choose to extend my stay, can I automatically reload my JCard to add another day?

This is subject to availability on the desired additional day; if tickets are available, JCards can be reloaded.

Can I show up and buy tickets at the window the day of my visit?

Yes, you can pending availability. If JHMR is at capacity for the day, window tickets will not be sold.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets may be refunded outside of 7 days from the start date. Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the start date. Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale. Ticket pricing is subject to change.

Must show Valid Winter Season Pass 2023/24 and photo I.D. If purchasing the Golden Ticket lift ticket deal online, you must still physically present your Valid Winter Season Pass to the Ticket Office upon arrival to pick up or activate your J Card. Season Pass must be 10 days or more for winter 2023/24 alpine skiing or snowboarding. IKON Pass holders can use the Golden Ticket promotion after using all their valid 5 or 7 IKON JHMR days. JHMR 10-Day Plus Pass pass holders are eligible.

Mountain Collective Reservations

Input your Mountain Collective ID number (starting with MCP) and make your reservations today. If you are unable to locate your MCP ID number, find your MCP ID by logging in to your Mountain Collective account and clicking on the “View/Print” button of your most recent order. Note that your MCP ID is not listed on your Mountain Collective physical pass. |

HOW TO

Make Additional Reservations
  • If you are trying to reserve for more than one person you can complete multiple reservations in one checkout.
  • Once a MCP number has been validated and all desired dates are added to the cart, select 'Reset' in the validation box.
  • Enter a new MCP number and click 'Validate'.
  • Add desired reservation days to the cart.
  • Repeat steps for each member of your party.
Cancel or Modify Reserved Days
  • Retrieve your Mountain Collective (MCP) number and return to this page.
  • Select any date on the calendar.
  • Insert your MCP number into the validation box and click validate.
  • You will see your current reservations in the 'Booked Reservations' section under the calendar. Select 'Cancel' for any day(s) you would like cancel the reservation for.
    Note: Dates will not show as Booked Reservations to be cancelled until after checkout is complete. If you would like to change a date you have added to your cart, click remove from 'Reservations in Cart'.
  • To add a new date - select the desired date, add to cart and complete checkout.
  • You must cancel your reservation by 11am on the day of your reservation.
Purchase Additional Days at 50% Off
  • Go to the Mountain Collective - 50% Off Lift Ticket product page here.
  • Enter your Mountain Collective (MCP) number into the box and validate.
  • Choose a start date and amount of days you would like to purchase and add to cart.
  • If purchasing for multiple people click 'Reset' in the validation box and add the new MCP number. Repeat steps above for each member of your party.
  • 50% Off days can be added to the same cart as reservation days and completed in one transaction.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • All multi-resort passholders including Mountain Collective Pass holders, must make a reservation for the specific dates they plan to ski/snowboard at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
  • You can make, modify or cancel reservations via our online store. Cancellations must be made no later than the day before your scheduled reservation.
  • Cancellation of your reservation after your pass has been scanned is a violation of the reservation policy.
  • Reservations are nontransferable.

Ikon Friends & Family Redemption:

  • Ikon passholder logs into their Ikon account and shares discount by entering recipient's email.
  • Discount recipient is notified via email that a discount has been shared with them and they are invited to create their own Ikon account.
  • Once the recipient has created an Ikon login, log into Ikon by clicking the button above.
  • You will be directed to enter your Ikon account credentials and redirected back to this page.
  • If the entered account has an eligible discount associated with it, you will then be able to add desired lift tickets to your cart and check out.
  • If the Ikon passholder has shared multiple discounts you wish to redeem, you will need to add each date to the cart one at a time.
